For our meats we have two Dry Ageg Ripening Cabinets, with a wide variety of the best premium meats in the world. More than 10 races and more than 10 different cuts so you can make the best choice. Our pieces are cut and shown at the moment at the table with their certificates.
It will seduce you the aroma that our premium meats give off, such as the Rubia Gallega, or the Galician Tomahawk when they are roasted in our open grill.
